Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the babysitting services provided by Graceful Giggles. By booking a service through our Website or any related platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking Policy
Babysitting services must be booked at least 3 hours in advance of the requested service start time.
Bookings are subject to babysitter availability.
Each booking will generate a unique Enrolment ID, which must be presented in booking form online for proceeding successfully for booking.
Payments and Invoicing
Payments must be made directly to the Company. Cash payments to babysitters are strictly prohibited.
An official invoice will be issued for every booking.
Upon completion of payment, a fiscal receipt will be provided digitally or physically.
Babysitting rates are set by the Company. The service receiver cannot negotiate or alter rates.
Cancellation and Penalties
Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled booking.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in:
A penalty fee being charged to the Client; or
Temporary suspension of booking privileges; or
Permanent banning from the Service, alongside the associated Enrolment ID being voided.
Babysitter Screening and Compliance
All babysitters are certified professionals and are registered under the Protection of Minors Act (POMA).
A court recourse background check is completed prior to engagement to ensure no violations of the Act.
Liability and Household Safety
Babysitters are responsible for the care and safety of children during the booked service.
The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to household property.
Service Limitations
The Service is intended solely for childcare purposes. Babysitters are not responsible for household chores, errands, or duties beyond childcare, unless specifically agreed to.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a Client violates these Terms.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our Website, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
